Lorenzo is the Business Development Assistant Team Lead at Parkland Capital Partners, where he plays a central role in driving the firm’s outreach, lead generation, and relationship management efforts across Parkland’s M&A advisory practice. He supports the team in identifying acquisition and sell-side opportunities and engages directly with business owners evaluating strategic exits, growth partnerships, or recapitalizations. His ability to communicate clearly and build genuine trust with prospects helps create the early-stage relationships that fuel Parkland’s deal pipeline.
In his leadership role, Lorenzo oversees and develops Parkland’s business development associates, driving consistency, efficiency, and quality across daily operations. He sets the standard for the team through his work ethic, attention to detail, and proactive approach to problem-solving, and he is committed to continuous improvement at both an individual and team level.
Senior Associate Business Development
Mary Chrisse Santillan is the Business Development Team Lead at Parkland Capital Partners, where she leads the firm’s sales development efforts and partners closely with the advisory team to support deal origination across Parkland’s M&A practice. She oversees strategic outreach and relationship development with business owners and operators nationwide, working to surface and qualify the opportunities that move into Parkland’s deal pipeline.
In her leadership role, Mary Chrisse coordinates prospect research, manages pipeline activity, and oversees the internal operations that keep the firm’s high-volume origination engine running smoothly. She partners with senior advisory professionals to ensure every prospective relationship is researched thoroughly, engaged thoughtfully, and positioned to convert into a meaningful conversation.
Her background in business development, research, and team leadership plays a central role in strengthening Parkland’s sourcing efforts and expanding the firm’s relationship network across its target sectors.
Associate Business Development
Maynard Castillo is a Business Development professional at Parkland Capital Partners, where he supports the firm’s origination efforts across its M&A advisory practice. His work centers on sourcing acquisition and sell-side opportunities, initiating conversations with business owners, and coordinating the early-stage diligence and discovery process that moves prospects into active engagements.
Maynard brings more than two years of experience across the property management and M&A advisory sectors. Earlier in his career, he worked with Poplar Homes and gained additional advisory experience at Carriage Hill, where he developed a foundation in B2B cold outreach, lead generation, and the operational coordination that supports a transaction process, including NDA execution, financial information collection, and the early diligence steps that prepare a deal for senior team engagement.
That combination of property management, operating exposure, and M&A advisory experience informs how he engages with business owners at Parkland, allowing him to navigate early conversations with both commercial fluency and a clear understanding of the seller’s perspective.

Prior to Parkland, Mark spent more than two years at Poplar Homes, where he served as a Business Development Associate and Maintenance Coordinator. In that role, he supported client acquisition efforts, managed property maintenance coordination, and contributed to the broader property management operation, giving him a firsthand understanding of how property management businesses run day to day.

She engages directly with business owners to explore potential partnerships, acquisitions, and exit strategies, serving as an early point of contact for founders evaluating their long-term options

Aubrey serves as an Associate at Parkland Capital Partners, where she supports the firm’s day-to-day operations across administrative coordination, client communications, research, project execution, and outreach efforts. Since joining Parkland in 2024, she has played an important role in organizing workflows, managing ongoing communications, coordinating action items across the team, and supporting research processes spanning businesses across multiple industries.
Before Parkland, Aubrey worked as a Client Relations Specialist, where she developed the problem-solving and client support skills that continue to shape her work today. Her experience coordinating client requests and delivering timely, thoughtful support has translated directly into her current role and the high standard she brings to every interaction at the firm.
Aubrey is known for her attention to detail, proactive mindset, and service-oriented approach, consistently bringing reliability, professionalism, and integrity to her work.

Francis serves as a Business Development Associate at Parkland Capital Partners, where he supports the firm’s origination engine across lead generation, lead qualification, market research, and sales enablement. He plays a central role in identifying new business opportunities, assessing market potential, and conducting the early-stage analysis that helps surface and prioritize the prospects moving into Parkland’s deal pipeline.
