Leadership
Parkland Capital Partners was built on a simple conviction: founder-owned businesses in the lower middle market deserve the same caliber of M&A advisory that larger companies receive – without the conflicts, bureaucracy, or misaligned incentives.
Managing Partner & Lead Advisor
Austin founded Parkland Capital Partners to bring institutional-quality M&A advisory to the lower middle market – specifically to the founder-owned service businesses that are often underserved by traditional investment banks and mishandled by generalist brokers.
His practice is anchored in property management, real estate services, home services, and infrastructure – sectors where he combines deep knowledge of recurring revenue models, contract economics, and buyer landscapes with a disciplined, process-driven approach to every engagement.
Austin’s advisory work spans the full transaction lifecycle: sell-side M&A, buy-side acquisitions, recapitalizations, and exit planing. He structures processes that attract competitive interest from strategic acquirers, private equity firms, and PE-backed platforms actively consolidating across Parkland’s core sectors.
Before founding Parkland, Austin developed his transaction advisory capabilities across valuation, financial analysis, and strategic consulting – building the foundation for the firm’s rigorous, data-driven approach to deal execution.
Austin is based in Dallas, TX and advises clients nationwide. Every Parkland engagement is led personally by Austin from initial conversation through close.
